Meaning: The lotus rises clean and radiant out of muddy water. The bud, Padma Mukula, stands for potential and new beginnings, the moment just before blossoming.

Vastu placement: Hang on the east or north-east wall, ideal for a meditation corner, yoga room or a child's study, to invite purity and fresh starts.

Every great beginning starts as a bud. Padma Mukula captures the sacred lotus just as it begins to open, hand-crafted in 100% pure brass with softly layered petals. In Sanatan Dharma the lotus rises unstained from muddy water and is the seat of Lakshmi, Saraswati and Brahma, a symbol of purity and awakening. Vastu Shastra places lotus motifs on the east or north-east wall to bring calm and positive energy. The single bloom is set with generous space on black pure velvet inside a 12 × 12 inch wooden frame with antique gold finish, giving it a quiet, minimalist elegance. A graceful gift for a new baby, a graduation or a new chapter.
